Neuro-Linguislic Programming

Neuro-Linguislic Programming (usually shortened to NLP) is an interpersonal communication model and an alternative approach to psychotherapy that was co-created by Richard Bandler and linguist, John Grinder in the 1970’s. It was based on the subjective study of language, communication and personal change, aimed to discover and model the successful patterns of behavior and communication.

Awareness is the first step and behavioural techniques such as NLP can help challenge and change your internal dialog and the core beliefs you hold about yourself and replace them with a more realistic perception. NLP can also help you gain clarity and reach a deeper understanding of yourself and your situation.
