2013 has been a huge year for many people with a lot of change, growth and challenge. I know it has for me. When you get an opportunity to reflect back on this year what is it that stands out for you? Have there been recoccuring patterns or themes that have called your attention? What would you like to change and create differently for 2014?
For many there have been endings of relationships, changes in careers and moving of locations also. We have been challenged to be more honest with ourselves, open our hearts, heal wounds and surrender those things in our lives that no longer serve us. It can be painful. However when we have good support and feel confident in ourselves we can adopt an attitude that helps us through these rough times so we can expand and create more meaningful and happy lives.
John and I are now celebrating the sale of our 'little piece of heaven' and we are centainly reflecting back over the years we have enjoyed here. We are very excited that we have sold, sad to be leaving the beauty and space, yet we can relax now and enjoy the next few months here in the hills. We will be relocating somewhere around Wheelers Hill (at this stage) in late March or early April. More of that next year....
I will be on holidays from Monday 23rd December and returning to work on Monday 20th January. Shortly after that my eldest son Matthew will be getting married on Australia Day 26th January, which is very exciting and we are thrilled to be officially welcoming Tamara to our family. What a great way to celebrate Australia Day!
I would also like to take this opportunity to let you know what a priviledge it has been to have worked with you over the past year and to be part of your healing and growth. I am so blessed to love what I do and work with people such as you who are dedicated to making their lives the best they possibly can. Its very uplifting for me.....thank you.
These weekly gatherings will begin again in early February and I will send out emails with dates and times etc in the new year. Please let me know if you are interested.
I will be teaching Meditation next year so if you or any one you know is interested please let me know. More details on this in the new year also.
Gift Vouchers are available so please ask me….
The Red pomander is wonderful for grounding, everyday protection and revitalising. This vibration helps to overcome the negative effects of resentment or animosity. It also reduces shyness and helps us deal with aggression.
All the pomanders work within the electromagnetic field surrounding the physical body. They are essentially protective, cleansing, refreshing and strengthening to the energy field.
In case you havent worked with the pomanders yourself here is the simple technique. This can be a beautiful way to start your day together with a specific intention or affirmation.
How to use: Place 3 drops in the left hand. Rub hands together and extend your arms above your head giving the energies away to the world. Then with your hands brush gently through your aura beginning at the crown and working your way down your body making sure to cross every chakra point. When you reach down to your feet rest here a while and bless Mother Earth. Then gently bring your hands up your body and rest both hands in front of your heart chakra for a short while visualizing your aura filled with the colour you have chosen and take a few deep breaths. Lastly place your hands gently in front of your nose and gently breathe in the fragrance and center your energies in your solar plexus for balance and strength.
Pomanders and Balance Bottles are $55.00 (includes postage and handling) so please call me or email me if you are interested in working with any of these beautiful potent healing and balancing energies.
Until next time stay well and enjoy the festive Season.
Love and blessings
Forward to a friend.
